Ability to handle death claim calls with tact and poise while conveying a sense of understanding and urgency.  Ability to answer routine inquiries and requests and with experience, to research and answer more complex issues. Ability to navigate multiple systems in order to determine the policy beneficiary and requirements needed to process the claim within state and federal guidelines.  Corresponds with the beneficiary, their representative, or the financial professional.  Provide comprehensive information regarding requirements needed to facilitate payment of the claim.


2 years Call Center Experience;
2 years Life Insurance Experience.  
Strong interpersonal decision making and problem solving skills. 
Strong technological skills - ability to navigate multiple systems. 
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
