AXA US's Corporate Sourcing and Procurement (CSP) team partners, as Trusted Advisors and Business Facilitators, for the enterprise to provide world class strategic sourcing strategies and expertise, to manage risk and maximize the total value returned from a diverse set of suppliers.

CSP is at the forefront of major company initiatives with primary responsibility for negotiations, risk assessment, contracting and ongoing vendor management of the organization’s third party vendor contracts. Through the use of contemporary technology platforms, the CSP team partners with vendors in a manner that manages risk while providing the best value for the negotiated price.

The Sourcing Analysist will assist the Corporate Sourcing and Procurement organization with strategic sourcing, project management and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities: 
 Supports sourcing events through assistance with managing Purchase Requests, RFI/RFPs, contract and market research, rate reviews, risk assessment and third-party vendor due diligence.
 Participate in operational activities related to project management, process enhancement initiatives, and vendor management to include risk assessments.
 Assists in data and financial analysis.

Required Skills
 General working knowledge of sourcing a plus
 Bachelor’s degree; concentration in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Logistics is a plus.
 Strong organizational, verbal communication, writing and negotiation skills.
 Problem-solving and analytical skills; basic level of financial skills.
 Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
 Strong customer service skills.
 Ability to learn a sourcing and procurement system.
