The Senior Manager will be a Key member of the Financial Publishing team with responsibility to support the companies regulatory commitment to distribute Annual Reports, May Prospectus Updates, Semi-Annual Reports, Supplements, and Statement of Accounts to all Life and Annuity Variable contract holders. Additionally, ensure Prospectus production support on all product launches and refresh. The ideal candidate will work closely with the IPG legal, compliance and FMG teams to gather all necessary information the print vendor will need to produce and deploy the mailings. Work with the edelivery teams on deployment of digital communicatons to contract holders for the above regulatory events. Maintain strong working relationship with vendor.
• Minimum 4-year degree
• 3-5 years of marketing experience or familiar with financial services
• Self-starter who can manage in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Highly effective communicator both verbal and written
• Ability to develop and manage strong relationships across organizational lines
• Familiarly with PPT and MS project
• Understanding the regulatory environment within a financial services organization is a plus
• Experience in the print and production areas a plus
