As a member of AXA’s Finance Transformation team, the Project Manager will work with senior members of the Finance organization, stakeholders and other project team members on complex or moderately complex business requirements/testing projects. This is a fast paced and exciting position that would manage multiple initiatives including performing complex analysis of business specifications and developing work estimates and timelines. The Project Manager will help identify pain points, conduct root cause analyses, identify future state opportunities and define target state processes. The Project Manager will assist in developing and help successfully execute a roadmap to target state. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assists and leads efforts in the delivery of multiple projects.
  • Conducts research and analysis and works with stakeholders to assist in building business cases (including quantifying cost and potential benefits, establishing documentation of issues and potential risk).
  • Helps in developing recommendations for presentations to management.
  • Works with project teams to identify solutions to business issues.
  • With guidance, leads discrete tasks within a project work stream.
  • Maintains project documentation and assists with issue resolution and efforts to develop new or revised processes/procedures for the assigned business areas.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Understanding of project planning and execution methodologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • May assist in the facilitation of meetings and communication of results to project team and management.
  • Comfortable presenting to a group of peers.
