A medical claims agent validates the information on all medical claims from patients seeking payment from their insurance company. Claims must be thoroughly reviewed to ensure that there is no missing or incomplete information. In addition, a processor must keep meticulous records of claims and follow up on lapsed cases.

Education, Experience and Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
High School Diploma/GED
0-1 year of experience
Familiarity with MS Office programs, including Excel
Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Medical claims processing
Medical office front desk
Health insurance verification
Fluency in Spanish, German, or Italian a plus
