Performs routine transactions,

ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS (approx. 100% of role):

  • Track PEP business needed to contract
    • Send weekly email with progress to DM, EVP, BOM, & any Gold Mentors or PDMs involved
  • Manage eRecruit relative to Candidates seen
    • Withdraw candidates when out of the system
    • Change disposition of Candidates when interview is scheduled
  • Submit monthly sources report to HQ (Bob Felberbaum)
  • Provide support on hiring and licensing needs for the Associates located in the Branch or detached Associates on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and provide status reports of the new recruits with the Management team (EVP, BOM, VPs, BCM/BCS) on a weekly basis. Status reports would include all applicants currently in the progress - where they are the pre-screening process, or any associates under the 180-day Sponsorship/PEP – status of where they are with meeting starter requirements. (This could be done at management meetings and/or one on one)
  • Oversee the licensing systems (ADB, WEB CRD, and ePAL) monthly to ensure that the information in the ADB is accurate at all times.
  • Maintain the Hiring and Licensing files to ensure all required/supporting documents are found in the file as changes and updates occur.
  • Train other administrative staff on the hiring and licensing process to ensure that the Branch is covered with these processes in case of absence.
  • Use AXA systems in the Licensing process:  ePal, B.I.G., eVerify, LARS, First Advantage, AXA Payment Portal, Web CRD, etc.
  • Forward code numbers, test dates, and any other important information needed by the Associate and the manager within 24 hours of receipt.

Answers Telephones, takes messages, directs Clients, FPs, Managers and solve issues as they arise passing along situations that need expertise at higher levels.
