The receptionist will be responsible for a variety of tasks vital to the Empire Branch. An individual with excellent communication skills is necessary as this role is the first point of contact with all of our existing and potential clients.
Responsibilities include:

  • Answer Calls on the Switchboard
  • Greet clients/ potential hires and visitors to Branch
  • Oversee conference room use
  • Handle General Check and Correspondence Log for Branch Office
  • Maintain marketing/sales materials
  • Supports branch recruiting initiatives

  • 1-2 years of receptionist/administrative work
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communications skills with attention to details
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/possible hires
  • Positive attitude and able to show initiative
  • Excellent organization skills with excellent follow-up and attention to details
  • Experience with social media tools preferred
