Provides support to the Branch Manager. Coordinate branch events, trainings, new business, and/or recruiting, and provide support for implementation. Composes correspondence and documents of a highly confidential nature. Notes commitments made by the branch manager during meetings, and arranges for staff implementation. Arranges and coordinates travel and meeting schedules. Prepare agendas and meeting materials. Summarizes contents of incoming materials requiring knowledge of technical matters. Typically has progressed to this level after several years in an administrative role. Position may also act as back-up for other support positions in the branch, including reception, client relationship management, and licensing. May be lead support position for District Manager assistants. May be responsible for training new support staff members.  Under general supervision, processes all branch expenses, purchasing, and reimbursements.  Take lead in generating and delivering important branch communications and announcements.


Skills:
• Associates degree preferred in Finance, Business or related field
• 1-3 years of admin experience
• Research and data gathering ability

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Mail merge and Excel
