Under general suppervision, provide timely and accurate service to AXA Advisors and other constituents by researching and processing compensation transactions. Respond to field inquiries received via phone call, e‐mail and other types of correspondence. Demonstrates a clear understanding of Retail FP and management compensation programs. To perform this job successfully the individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty including, but not limited to, follow up on items received from the field via phone or email, maintain volume statistics, process manual commissions, quarterly call outs to FPs based on different types of communications, research data and report it to Financial Professionals, and provide commission web tutorials to the field, as assigned.
• Previous Broker Dealer experience processing commissions is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to interact well with internal and external customers
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer Service background and/or Accounting/Finance skills
