The Lead Manager, Funds Management Group, will play a significant role in the development of strategy and execution for 1290 Funds marketing programs.


Responsibilities include:

  • Partner closely with the sales lead and Product team for 1290 Funds to identify areas that marketing can help drive the conversation with advisors
  • Initiate, create and maintain sales and marketing materials and marketing programs that support AXA’s 1290 Funds 
  • Play a lead role in development of marketing campaigns, focused on our AXA Advisor distribution efforts and some third party relationships
  • Will be involved in developing campaigns in a variety of marketing channels such as email, events, webinars, brochures/sales ideas, premiums, etc.

•     Partner with Analytics & Multi-channel Marketing teams to develop success metrics and analyze, recommend, and optimize campaigns in order to achieve business goals.




•        Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

•        5+ years experience in Marketing; Financial Services experience desired but not required

  •    Experience in mutual funds is a plus

•        Proven track record in campaign management and relationship building

•        Strong project management skills including experience managing project budgets

•        Highly effective communicator with a proven track record of developing strong relationships across an organization is critical
