The receptionist will be responsible for a variety of tasks vital to the Empire Branch. An individual with excellent communication skills is necessary as this role is the first point of contact with all of our existing and potential clients.
Responsibilities include:
Answer Calls on the Switchboard
Greet clients/ potential hires and visitors to Branch
Schedule conference room use
Sort/separate/compile salesforce checks
Maintain marketing/sales materials
Post job ads on career boards
Coordinate college recruiting

  • 2-5 years of receptionist/administrative assistant experience
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Proficient with Mircosoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
  • Excellent communications skills with attention to details
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/possible hires
  • Positive attitude and able to show initiative
  • Excellent organization skills with excellent follow-up and attention to details
  • Experience with social media tools preferred
