Works in support of the administration of the company's compensation programs with a primary focus on the AXA Forward initiative. Conduct geographical assessments, market pricings, internal equity assessments, and administer broad based compensation programs for the employee population. Maintain accurate and timely dashboards and reports relative to the transition of jobs to other locations. Ensure roles are posted accurately and any employees moves are handled properly. Coordination and completion of data for external benchmark surveys & pulse surveys, includes the maintenance of survey data, survey submission and analysis of data. Provides advice and management on pay and incentive decisions, policy and guideline interpretation. Ongoing maintenance and assessment of relevant job families. Responsible for routine maintenance and data integrity of PeopleSoft in relation to Employee position/pay data. Responsible for analysis & client support during year-end compensation process. Handling of ad-hoc reporting from various HR systems (Peoplesoft, JAM, & department specific databases). Creation of compensation training/resources related materials.
Experience in project management. Strong math, problem solving and analytical skills. Strong research and data gathering ability. Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices. Ability to work across HR and maintain relationships with HR partners. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, & Word. Familiarity with Access. Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years compensation experience.
