  • Manager for Research Triangle Park, NC attached branch office & primary administrative support for District Manager, new financial advisors, as well as pre-contract advisor candidates. 
  • Working from reception area, oversee all operations including phone systems, copier/printer, mail, check log, deliveries, ordering of supplies/marketing materials, client relations and everything technology related.   

  • 3+ years prior experience in office management & administrative support, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word. 
  • Strong organizational, time-management & problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects. 
  • Experience with SalesForce software a major plus.
