Support day to day operations and discretionary projects on xPression platform and all related upstream and downstream interfaces.
Run time monitoring and issue troubleshooting, resolution and escalation.
Provides technical, functional and systems design for all work related to a system development project.
Exhibits creative problem solving and leadership in analysis, development, and design.
Maintains detailed knowledge of the current technology and infrastructure.
Verifies that code and data quality standards are being adhered to.
Accountable for the activities of a diverse professional staff within IT or on a project.


- Bachelors Degree in computer science, information technology, MIS or related field of study from an accredited college or university required
- Strong Technical background and experience in distributed platform
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Systems Analysis and Design in support of medium to large scale projects and platforms
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge and hands on experience with Unix, Shell Scripting, WebSphere, Oracle, Java, XML, and Webservices
- Practical understanding of Release and Change management

This position frequently interacts with own team, direct manager, and peers throughout IT and their staff;  Occasional to frequent interaction with business unit customers and vendors depending on assignment. Occasional interaction with IT Senior Executives.

Provide online support for Content generation and management platforms. Monitor and address any issues with batch jobs, online transactions, infrastructure, upstream and downstream interfaces. Working with multiple support teams on issues resolution. Lead outages resolution, provide timely and accurate communication and escalation.
