Assist Advisors with Digital Integration. Assist Operations Manager with operational projects including Licensing responsibilities, assist recruiting manager with college recruiting, asssit Branch Manager with special assignments, assist Compliance Manager with day to day mailing. Provides general administrative support to a department or area manager. May support multiple managers. Generates own correspondence; handles incoming telephone calls and responds to information requests. May coordinate meetings and conferences with internal staff and external sources. Collects information from files or other areas of company for routine inquiries and reports; may analyze data and prepare regularly scheduled reports of data. Typically has progressed to this level from the AAI after completing both length of service and additional educational/ training objectives.
