AMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS:

  • Weekly and monthly updates on District App & PC counts to District & Managers
  • Update App counts quarterly
  • Track PEP business and FP National Training events and ensure invites go out to appropriate FPs
  • Answer DM’s phone and handle DM’s Client Service work
  • Process District New Applications
  • Follow up on service work & new business for DM
  • Prepare paperwork, creates reports & other materials needed for branch staff
  • Send out weekly training email to District Members and coordinate all training and materials for meeting
  • Send weekly reminder to collect Salesforce activity tracking & submitted business lists for District Members
  • Assist with recruiting activities and manage e-recruit tool
  • Track and coordinate District Calendar- training, recruiting events, socials
  • Prepare Agenda & take notes for staff
  • Calendar management for staff
  • Attend District Meetings & training, take notes, follow-up, keep track of materials & organize
  • Proactively manage, update and answer social media inquiries and Branch Website
  • Complete marketing checklist when advisors enter PEP and Contract
  • Update marketing brochures, bios, social media templates, flyers, advertisements, etc.
  • Help with training for RBG advisors
  • Assist with miscellaneous office service work for RBG advisors
  • Put together contracting email announcement for everyone once they contract
  • Help events team
  • Keep track of all unit assignments
  • Generate all school visit reports for RBG advisors & look up client quotes for existing clients in school districts
  • RBG strategy topics coordination, agenda, notes, & follow up
  • Back up to licensing coordinator
  • Assist with new business processing for RBG district
  • Create letters, client materials, etc. for advisors and submit through compliance
  • Keep track of marketing materials and brochures ordered for RBG and Recruiting
  • Sign advisors up for new website
  • Work with Regional RBG wholesaler to the branch to follow up with advisors or managers on different reports, tasks, visits, training, etc.
  • Help advisors prepare for seminars & client appreciation events
  • Keep track of referrals for referral campaign

  • 3-5 years experience in Office Environment as Admin. Asst., or Associate Degree or higher. 
  • Detail oriented and organized. 
  • Able to prioritize workflow and good communication skills.
