AXA US Actuarial Development Program (ADP) provides an accelerated career path designed to give you practical experience as you prepare for actuarial exams. The goal of the program is to develop Fellows of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) who are well-positioned to become leaders of the company.
The Actuarial Development Program is critical in fostering the internal actuarial talent of the organization. Responsibilities include: Maintains, runs, updates, and improves actuarial models accurately and in a timely manner. Designs and maintains validations. Communicates results to Supervisor and Department clearly and accurately. Learns actuarial techniques and procedures. Learns company operations, systems and methodologies.
Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or other relevant financial/mathematical major.
Minimum GPA: 3.3
Minimum Experience Required: 1 Actuarial internship in insurance industry OR 2 Actuarial Internships in banking or other industry experience. 1-2 years full-time Actuarial work experience preferred.
Minimum Exam Requirements: 2 SOA exams required, 3+ exams preferred.
