  • Responsible for the Financial Statement Disclosure Checklist
  • Responsible for reviewing and presenting to senior finance leadership quarterly USGAAP analysis package
  • Responsible for the preparation of quarterly Board Documents
  • Ensure appropriate SOX controls over USGAAP reporting, including control assessment for late adjustments and errors identified through financial closing process and prepare required memos documenting analysis and conclusions.
  • Prepare and maintain sections of the US GAAP accounting and reporting manual.
  • Fully accountable for the consistent application and implementation of accounting policies and new accounting standards
  • Oversee all accounting and reporting for AXA Advisors Broker Dealer (Fin Op)
  • Manage onshore and offshore professionals.
  • Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, plus CPA
  • 12+ years of Public Accounting Experience
  • Excellent accounting technical expertise and strong understanding of controls
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced results driven environment

  • Responsible for all USGAAP and SEC reporting including the preparation and review of S1.
  • Ongoing responsibility includes various USGAAP reports including 10k, 10Qs and other reporting for Axa America holding, AXA Financial, AXA Equitable, MLOA, FMG, AXA Advisors, and others.
