The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will oversee the accurate and timely execution of all financial functions related to assigned contracts. Specific responsibilities include:
- Claim Reconciliation,
- Billing of Service Invoices,
- Completion of Agenda message resolution,
- Preparation of the payment files,
- Adjustment of provider discount errors in MAG,
- KPI reporting
4 years of accounting and finance experience
Experience working directly with accounts receivable
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Advanced organization and time management skills
Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, or AccPac a plus
