Under general supervision, leads the delivery of small-scope projects for Field offices.  Maintains project documentation and specific tasks within the project work stream. Maintains project documentation and assists with issue resolution and efforts to develop new or revised processes/procedures for the Field offices.   Trains Field employees on various programs.  Reviews and coordinates with outside vendors

Communicates and implements procedural changes related to day to day programs resulting in revenue producing activites.  Manages operational programs and systems. Works directly with HQ partners.  Provides support to Branches.
