The Welcome Specialist supports the Scottsdale office and branch as a whole.  Specific responsibilities include:

  • Reception greeting and hospitality.  
  • Client Relations.  
  • Processing incoming/outgoing business.  
  • Mail/Fedex processing.  
  • Payroll processing/distribution.  
  • Cash & non-cash and training preparation for DSF.  
  • New cube/office setup.  
  • Invoice/AP processing.  
  • Marketing material.  
  • Compliance logs.  
  • Numerous other operational tasks.

Minimum two years in an administrative position or equivalent support role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including but Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate friendliness and a willing attitude. Ability to follow intricate, detailed instructions.
