• Creating Variable Annuity brokers and firms, validating existing state licenses, and appointing them with AXA, • Implementing terminations and demographic info changes • Investigating licensing failure errors to ensure all brokers are appropriately licensed before being appointed • Performing appointment reconciliations between the internal appointment system and various US state record • Effectively speaking on the phone and via email with back office personnel, internal customers, and occasionally external brokers• Collaborating with various internal departments in other locations• Conducting background checks of potential brokers.
•1-2 Years Financial/Service Operations.
• Having an understanding of L&A feeds, Sales Desk, Vertafore/Sircon, National Producer Database (PDB) is strongly preferred.
