Handle telephone and email inquiries from agents; using various systems and manuals fot quickly research inquiries; may perform basic calculations for providing information. Conduct research from agent inquiries, educate agents regarding commissions' calculations, corrections, and adjustments. Review error reports and correct errors, make appropriate adjustments via manual adjustments and system updates. Reconcile Commission Statements. Annualization of commissions for prepayment. Receive and process Commissions for Post Issue and Paid Change.
Thorough knowledge of insurance regulations regarding agent Commissions. Math aptitude; ability to perform complex calculations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette; demonstrated patience and teh ability to diffuse irate caller with tact and deplomacy.
