Provide Administrative Support to Rodriguez/Ledezma and Rivas District in Miami Office.
The person should be able to type letters, answer telephones, manage the appointment calendar, order and maintain office supplies, monitor new business and process licensing papers among other duties. In addition the person should have good communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
