Provides general administrative support to SVP or VP manager. May support multiple managers. Generates own correspondence; handles incoming telephone calls and responds to information requests. May coordinate meetings and conferences with internal staff and external sources. Collects information from files or other areas of company for routine inquiries and reports; may analyze data and prepare regularly scheduled reports of data. Typically handles schedules for SVP and VPs as well as supports Office Manager for daily task. Will also cover recption area and help clients.
Intermediate level of problem solving skills, research and data gathering ability, analytical skills, ability to read and interpret documents, basic negotiation skills, strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Excellent proofreading ability, may train and mentor employees. Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Office.
