• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• 5+ years experience in Marketing, Financial Services experience preferred but not required
• Proven track record in campaign management and relationship building
• Strong project management skills including experience managing project budgets
• Highly effective communicator with a proven track record of developing strong relationships across an organization is critical
The Lead Manager, Wealth Management Marketing, will play a significant role in the development of strategy and execution for Wealth Management/AXA Advisors marketing programs, as well as managing marketing projects in the Funds Management Group.
•Partnering with the Wealth Management team to understand evolving business priorities and identify critical needs for marketing support
•Play a lead role in development, approval and execution of marketing initiatives to help achieve business, sales and recruiting goals
•Will be involved in developing campaigns in a variety of marketing channels such as: email, events, brochures/sales, ideas, premiums, etc.
•Partner with the multi-channel marketing team to analyze, recommend, and optimize campaigns in terms of awareness, lead generations, conversion, etc., to achieve business goals
•Responsible for marketing program management for AXA 1290 Funds, focused on AXA Advisor and third-party distribution channels
•Develop and report on results using clear success metrics
