Duties: As part of Company’s Strategic Initiatives Group (SIG), develop initiatives to drive profitable growth and performance across AXA’s U.S. operations and support both corporate strategy and business development to ensure successful development and delivery of initiatives. Play lead role in execution of complex projects, including review of financial modeling and data analytics, performance of management accounting, and review of financial metrics analysis, including sales, earnings, and profits, to support group’s strategic initiatives. Oversee work streams and project teams to analyze, frame, and resolve issues. Lead cross-functional project teams to develop business cases for initiatives to be delivered to senior management, with particular focus on detailing the rationale for the effort, the size of the opportunity, specific action steps, financial impact, and the implementation plan. Identify, develop, evaluate, prioritize, execute, and deliver complex, high-impact strategic initiatives and new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and M&As. Manage and lead the creation and delivery of presentations on financial projects to senior management and identify key stakeholders to source input, buy-in, and alignment. Provide coaching and feedback to project team members and two direct reports. Use Excel, PowerPoint, Access, ThinkCell, Microsoft Project Manager, and SNL Business Intelligence Services to carry out job duties.
