Effectively manage personal caseload to resolve errors/omissions within departmental guidelines. Be the primary point of contract to financial professions, internal wholesalers and external wholesalers tied to business submitted with NIGO issues. Professionally and effectively handle incoming Case Coordinator telephone inquiries from agents, brokers and internal sources concerning RSS products and services. Successful completion of other projects and tasks as assigned.
Candidate should have experience in Customer Service, knowledge of nbA, and Sales Desk. Candidate should have strong product knowledge and be an effective verbal and written communicator.
