- Establish business strategy with competing vendor partner to maximize field efficiencies, and assessing DHMO partnership as a dual option marketing opportunity.
- Develop competitive sales tools to facilitate broker conversations.
- Managed all product related projects. Accountable For overall value proposition of dental and vision block to improve close ratio and persistency, and review of, competitive intelligence, IT business requirements, pricing, underwriting, filing, marketing, compliance, policy issue and administrative services, reporting to the Director of dental product Development and the Head of product Development and Pricing.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with dental and vision provider networks, industry vendors and Third Party Administrators, including contract negotiations, SLAs, and other oversight activities.

'This role will require a motivated individual with excellent sales, interpersonal and communication skills and the willingness to work hard to meet goals. 5+ years of experience in dental network development and/or dental produc t management
