This role is for a Maturity analyst within the Life Inforce Division. The Maturity analyst services both internal and external customers in the handling of inquiries and processing of request received via: phone, fax, email and written communication regarding options upon Maturity of a Life Insurance policy. The associate will work independently to perform routine and financial transactions, research and solve standard issues and with experience more complex issues all while adhering to Insurance Industry Policies and Procedures.
High School Diploma required: Bachelor's Degree Preferred. Must be detailed oriented with strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, decision making and problem solving skills. Excellent customer Service skills both written and verbal. Ability to learn and retain a large amount of detailed information within a short period of time. Produce quality work in a timely manner. Knowledge of AXA products and systems a plus.
