Provides guidelines for process improvements and efficiency

Interacts with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis

Contributes to the Project Manager dashboard report

Collects and analyzing the project’s business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to development team

Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

Communicates effectively with clients, vendors, partners and internal teams to deliver product’s functional requirements

Develops and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations

Documents the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate business areas

Identifies and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team

Provides suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the business’ needs


Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university in the field of computer science, information systems, engineering or equivalent.

Knowledge or experience in development of customization of mobile applications.

Knowledge or experience in Webportals, ECommerce, B2C Websites projects.

Has a focus on user experience, innovative approach.

Five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent.

Fluent in Spanish.



Experience in Banking or Credit Card Industry.

Knowledge or expereience with Liferay Technology.
