As a member of AXA’s Finance Transformation team, the Business Analyst will help assist in the developing and executing the target operating model for Finance. Working under direction of senior team members, the Business Analyst will engage with key stakeholders across Finance and business areas to understand and document current state, identify pain points, conduct root cause analyses, identify future state opportunities and define target operating model. The Business Analyst will also assist in developing and help successfully execute a roadmap to target state.
