Under the direction of the manager, coaches, develops and supports team members.  Responsible for managing databases, maintaining desk-level procedures, acts as a liason between operations and team.  Creates solutions to solve complex reports including ad hoc and recurring reports utilizing multiple data sources and tools.  Helps align department with overall business area strategy.


Bachelor's degree with 5-6 years experience.



Advanced knowledge of end-to-end business functions within operations, including systems and transactions, and reporting functions and methodologies.  Advanced knowledge of Access (or similar) databases, including creation of complex queries, data management techniques, tables design best practices and basic to intermediate vba/SQL.  Advanced spreadsheet knowledge, including advanced tools and ability to create non-core charts and reports, critical thinking with ability to address complex requests.  Communicates and interacts with all levels ans is a resource for entry and intermediate level employees.  Able to identify errors and apply analytical and statistical analysis of results to identify outliers.  Informal managment responsibilities, interacts directly with manager to oversee projects and entry level employees.
