Support business analysis efforts, including setting project objectives, requirements gathering, documentation, testing, implementation planning and general maintenance for the EB360 portal and CRM platform. Coordinate and validate changes, enhancements and core functionality with enterprise partners across Sales Distribution Management, Marketing, Product and the Technology organization. Manage business prioritization, problem resolution and production support activities. Ensure proper communications and coordination with all constituents through strong partnerships with enterprise partners.
Bachelor’s Degree in business related field; 1 to 3 years’ experience in Financial Services industry
