Leads the delivery of analytics products within the Data Office. Accountable for leading the successful delivery of one or more moderately complex projects according to measures of time, budget, scope, quality and relationship. Owns the customer relationship for product design and development, partnering with other key stakeholders to attain the business goals and objectives. Conducts research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues and develops formal recommendations for presentation to management. Works with stakeholders to generate solutions to business issues and then plans/implements those solutions. Develops detailed project schedules, assesses risk and builds mitigation strategies. Leads efforts to develop new or revised processes/procedures for the assigned business areas. Ensures that proper management practices are adhered to by providing on going performance and career discussions, on-time completion of relevant people processes, and fostering Diversity and Inclusion. 


Basic:

  • B.A. or B.S.  Degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience 

 

Preferred:

Has broad understanding of project planning and execution methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to facilitate meetings and communicate results to project team and management. Ability to present to customers and project sponsors and play a supporting role in presentation to higher levels of management. Ability to influence others without authority. Strong negotiation skills.
