Position will serve as the Austin licensing coordinator, managing all hiring and licensing paperwork for new advisors, as well as related compliance and regulatory oversight involved.

Responsibilities include:

  • All post contract On-Boarding for new advisors
  • Supporting strategic projects across the entire branch
  • Helping to coordinate all BAU functions of the Austin office with a strong emphasis on digital and technology implementation and support
  • Providing administrative support to SVP/OM including phone coverage, calendar management, correspondence, travel arrangements, expense reporting, new business support, meeting and event planning and implementation and special projects 



2-4 years' administrative or related experience

Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook e-mail management.



Project coordination and planning skills preferred

Intermediate level of problem-solving skills

Research and data gathering ability

Analytical skills

Ability to read and interpret documents

Strong organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.  

Must be very detailed oriented
