Position will serve as the Austin licensing coordinator, managing all hiring and licensing paperwork for new advisors, as well as related compliance and regulatory oversight involved.
2-4 years' administrative or related experience
Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook e-mail management.
Project coordination and planning skills preferred
Intermediate level of problem-solving skills
Research and data gathering ability
Ability to read and interpret documents
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Must be very detailed oriented
