o Deliver the Workforce evolution key deliverables for each phase of the approach: Baselining, Modelling and HR Action plans.

o Monitor the execution of the HR action plans defined for each AXA Tech regions

o Leverage the knowledge and workload of the consulting team, as the HR regional teams to achieve the expected objectives

• Lead the change management stream for the Workforce evolution program, defining and implementing the change management plans for each stakeholders, in synch with the communication and training teams

Support the HR local teams in the understanding and appropriation of the Workforce evolution approach

o Provide advice to the HR teams

o Define and implement the necessary toolkits for the local HR to enable them to work with their local business counterparts on Workforce evolution

Contribute to the Group HR WFP program

o Participate to the workshops and governance in place

o Deliver the expected deliverables required by Group HR

Make Group IT benefit from the AXA Tech workforce evolution program

o Share the key outcomes of the AXA Tech workforce evolution program

As part of the Workforce evolution program, lead the detailed study on AXA Tech domains and act as an internal HR and change management consultant:

• Ensure the workforce evolution deliverables enable the AXA Tech business transformation, by anticipating the skills and jobs evolution, as defining and implementing the relevant HR action plans in the different regions

• Ensure the workforce evolution approach is applied in a consistent manner across the AXA Tech domains with the right level of buy in from the AXA Tech business “internal clients’

• Be the AXA Tech correspondent towards Group HR on the Strategic Workforce Planning program • Support the Group IT other entities by sharing knowledge and experience
