Bachelor’s degree preferred.
 2-5 years general IT operation experience.
 Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
 Intermediate knowledge of data center electrical infrastructure.
 Intermediate understanding of Unix, Linux and Windows Server environment and commands.
 Intermediate knowledge of network systems, TCP/IP environment and commands.
 Intermediate knowledge of UniCenter ServicePlus Desk Change Management and CA UniCenter R11 Servicedesk Problem Management processes, procedures and support.
 Good understanding of emerging IT related technologies & their viable applications.
 Good understanding of PeopleSoft, AutoCAD 2014 and Aperture software preferred.
 Ability to learn new software products and manage new hardware components on an independent basis.
 Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate in a cross-cultural environment.
 Demonstrated organization skills; good critical thinking and decision making skills.
 Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment; follow up to ensure deadlines are met; must be self-motivated.
 Must work well independently and collaboratively with others in a team environment.
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
 Other related IT industry certificates, licenses, or coursework a plus.

Assist with managing day-to-day data center operations. This involves interaction with all internal AXA Tech operations and clients to support, consult, and implement solutions for them. This position also acts as an interface with vendors and suppliers who are key partners with AXA Tech. This is an onsite, hands-on position which consists of network, server and storage support. Provide day-to-day data center management & support.

 Assist with managing internal and external vendors.
 Manage all incoming and outbound shipment of all IT vendor hardware.
 Assist with managing new equipment installation and implementation.
 Support all vendor hardware failures; provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting to all IT environments.
 Provide onsite tape management support; manage all automatic tape library systems tape, activities, upgrades and all Iron Mountain inbound/outbound tape processing.
 Capacity management of data center space and power allocations.
 Manage data center onsite physical security system and access roster.
 Support SOX reporting, documentation and internal audit processes.
 Participate in disaster recovery testing for all managed systems.
 Assist and conduct daily meetings for general overview of data center activities for all projects and physical hardware installation.
 Support Environmental Reporting (IRIS); support management with Global Committee under the Going Green project; gather and enter data for all environmental reporting for Atlanta data centers.
