*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
*2 years of related work experience in a corporate, IT, or financial services environment.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
*Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of an organization.
*Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment.
*Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This position is part of the AXA Technology Services team.
The Team Assistant plays an integral role in the organization by providing professional operation, communication, and strategic support to our Syracuse based team.
*Support the Partnership Office with various activities spanning from direct executive support to coordination and participation in departmental activities, meetings, and initiatives.
*Create and deliver professional client communications through appropriate and effective means.
*Collaborate with various internal business units, such as human resources, to support and/or promote internal communications relating to organizational news, updates, events, and transformational strategy.
*Stay abreast of organizational strategy and trends in order to support the region.
*Establish and maintain strong internal relationships with business units.
*Assist Partnership Office with various assignments, projects, and ad-hoc requests.
*Participate and contribute to governance meetings led by executive team members.
*Prepare and/or generate PowerPoint presentation for Quarterly Executive Review.
*Serve as initial point of contact for the front office; meet and greet guests and visitors; coordinate meetings when necessary; maintain contact with building security; manage office supplies.
*Other duties as assigned.
