Job purpose


The Group Security function relies on Management and Control to deliver reporting on the performance of projects and entities on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. In addition to this, the same information needs to be shared within Group Security teams and externally, to Group Executive stakeholders who have a vested interest in the risks managed by the function.


The purpose of this role is to ensure that these tasks are executed by the team as they are scheduled in a professional manner. The Operations Manager will coordinate efforts across the team to ensure that information is collected, Management Reporting is produced and distributed, and expectations are managed with everyone affected by the process.


Summary of key responsibilities:

  • Ensure reliable delivery of reporting
  • Manage the Group Security governance
  • Manage the relationships with all contributors and recipients
