Provides a full range of administrative and/or secretarial services to a senior executive. Specific responsibilities include:
3-5 years' overall experience
Previous experience providing administrative support
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Intermediate level of problem-solving skills, research and data-gathering ability, analytical skills, ability to read and interpret documents, basic negotiation skills, strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Willingness to stay flexible in a fast-paced work environment.
