Ref: Internship Product Analyst


  • Academic degree in business, economics or engineering
  • Ability to work in matrix organization
  • Organization and expectations management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with the business and IT stakeholder teams, can do attitude
  • French and English fluent, any other language is an asset
  • Ready to travel
  • Pack Office skills (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Contract type: internship (end-studies internship)


  • Your mission will be to assist the Product team by providing analysis, ideation and solutions to enhance the entire range of AXA ART products all over the world (Private, commercial lines and services)


  • You will interface with key business partners throughout the organization : Marketing, IT, Underwriting, Legal, Actuary and Sales teams
  • You will report to the Product Developer
  • You will be located in Paris with travels to plan across Europe 

Under the responsibility of the Product Developer, you

  • Define and document business requirements and IT specifications
  • Propose solutions in term of product features, documentation templates and layout.
  • Contribute to produce training programs, training materials and procedure guidelines
  • define and design the operational processes sustaining new products launch
  • produce key performance indicators (KPI) in order to assess if goals are met and identify axes of improvements
