Global / Regional L&D Responsibilities include:

  • Consulting and engaging with key stakeholders to identify the performance and learning issues causing performance weaknesses and propose the right learning solution
  • Develop, design and deliver learning solutions for our key stakeholders by:
    • Leveraging instructional design specialists and/or vendors to create high-level learning interventions
    • Defining measures of success for the program with the line of business.
  • Support the L&D community to implement various learning interventions to increase capability and autonomy within the L&D community
  • Contribute to increase the capability of our internal trainers through coaching and facilitation on pedagogical techniques
  • Support the definition and cascade of learning metrics to measure impact of learning interventions
  • Update the L&D Blueprint to ensure proper processes and systems are mapped and cascaded to the entities


Program Management under own responsibility

  • Administer and manage programs through the delivery phase(s)
  • Ensure content alignment vs needs
  • Identify, secure and manage the appropriate sponsorship for program(s)
  • Identify, secure and manage facilitators, speakers (internal or external) that will deliver the necessary programs
  • Liaison with external consultant to negotiate cost effective learning solutions
  • Facilitate (where necessary) programs on campus and off campus
  • Monitor program effectiveness, analyse and improve programs based on feedback
  • Prepare monthly follow up reports to sponsors and key stakeholders to ensure high quality of executive learning interventions

Transversal Activities

  • Develop and maintain fruitful relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers through planned meetings, conference calls and collaboration with learning projects
  • Maintain a network of best in class learning providers and share with the L&D Community within the region
  • Be the point of contact for all learning needs for the specific line of business (AXA Asia Business Entities)
  • Contribute to the communication strategy of the campus through articles posted on newsletters and company websites
  • Co-host regional meetings with Learning and HR colleagues

Who are we looking for?

  • At least a tertiary education (preferably in either Business Psychology or General Psychology; Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on HR)
  • At least 5 years of experience in Corporate University /  L&D or HR Management role
  • Accreditation in a psychometric tool is desired
