  • Fluent in English
  • Educated to degree level 
  • IT or insurance related qualifications would be useful
  • Experience in SQL and developing SQL queries
  • Basic knowledge of software development approaches and IT architecture
  • Good communication (written and verbal), analytical and organisational skills

You are part of a worldwide Operations/ Process Management (OPM) and IT team, and in that context your missions are split between local and international focus.

In that context, your mission is to:

  •  Assist the Head of OPM-IT in day-to-day business in the headquarter Cologne
  • Assume activities carried in Business Process Analysis/Streamlining/Efficiency in the context of operating and improving the systems that create and deliver the company’s products and services

Within the Operations / Process Management & IT Team, you main responsibilities will be to :

  • Maintain the efficiency of all business related workflows
  • Support in the measurement of processes and maintaining the quality and optimization of processes
  • Full understanding of all relevant IT systems and tools used by the Company
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of all data
  • Identification of a project idea from a business and IT perspective
  • Collection, bundling and prioritization of project ideas
  • Transformation of the project description into a conception
  • Requirements management and detailed analysis
  • Accompanying the creation of a test concept and support of business departments in its approval
  • Manage the full development life cycle
