  • Fluent in English
  • Educated to degree level 
  • IT or insurance related qualifications would be useful
  • Some years of process management experience in insurance and/or IT
  • Experience in SQL and developing SQL queries
  • Experience in VBA/Excel Macros
  • Experience in MS Windows and setting up PCs
  • Basic knowledge of software development approaches and IT architecture
  • Good communication (written and verbal), analytical and organisational skills
  • Proactive, flexible and ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to work on both development and infrastructure

You are part of a worldwide Operations/ Process Management (OPM) and IT team, and in that context your missions are split between local and international focus.

In that context, your mission is to:

  •  Assist the Head of OPM-IT in day-to-day business in the region
  • Assume key activities carried out by the Head of Operations / Process Management in the context of operating and improving the systems that create and delivers the company’s products and services


Within the Operations / Process Management & IT Team, you main responsibilities will be to:

Business Process Management:

  • Maintain the efficiency of all business related workflows
  • Support in the measurement of processes and maintaining the quality and optimization of processes

Policy Processing Function:

  • Support the policy processing function to meet SLA targets and avoid backlogs
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of all data

Business Analysis/System Development:

  • Support the business in defining requirements
  • Manage the full development life cycle
  • Develop and maintain reports

Information Technology (IT) Software and Technical Environment:

  • Full understanding of all relevant IT systems and tools used by the Company
  • Support all (local) IT systems including the telephone system, mobile devices etc.
  • Provide first line support for the main Policy/Claims/Accounting System
  • Provide first line support for the global infrastructure in respect of user accounts/permissions, logging calls on the Help Desk
  • Undertake IT procurement and set up of new local hardware i.e. PCs and mobile devices

 Business Continuity Planning (BCM):

  • Support the local BCM process
