  • Financial background with at least 10+ years proven experience in international environments

  • Strong Financial expertise of accounting and controlling

Technical skills

  • Good level of expertise on various financial tools (Peoplesoft finance, Scenario) and reporting tools (Excel)

  • Proficient in presentation, both oral and written

The job has two key components

As a “Senior financial controller” of AXA Tech Corporate the candidate brings high level of expertise to manage the overall financial control (Plan Budget Results) of AXA Tech worldwide in order to provide AXA Tech ELT members, CFO and CEO with a clear and understandable view of the major financial parameters to support business decisions, minimize the financial risks, and track AXA Tech Strategic Plan progress


He/she is a key actor to ensure the full consistency between strategic plan, regional targets, service fee letters and productivity plans. Produced financial analysis should fully support organizational Executive decision process. It has to be done in full compliance with AXA Group Financial standards and also to be done in close coordination with Group Finance (Group IT) and AXA Tech strategic plan (Tech IT UP) transformation Program.



As a “Senior Business analyst” the candidate has also a key role in supporting large strategic programs by modelling complex financial cases, support financial decision making, and tracking execution. Financial insight and long-term view as well as deep understanding of AXA Tech strategy are key to strongly support the process





As a “Senior financial controller” He/she is worldwide responsible of:


  • Supporting strategic plan proposal and distribution of top down target by country
  • Ensuring full alignment with partnership office and transformations teams
  • Preparing and communicating yearly financial planning (maintain a web portal)
  • Supporting and managing financial instruction process and deliverable
  • Indirect management of 3 resources in India, to produce all templates required for Data collection for quarterly closing and budget update
  • Managing consolidation, control and analysis of all data by segment
  • Documenting CFO & CEO deck including status and strong recommendations
  • Being the “gatekeeper” of Strategic plan processes & rules
  • Ensuring all Group IT required data are submitted in due time with A-Level Quality. IT expense benchmark, IT Strategic Plan, Audit Fees submission in Magnitude


As a “Senior Business analyst” He/she is worldwide responsible of:


  • Financial modelling of complex projects through business cases
  • Ensuring consistency between different business cases
  • Supporting due diligence and scope expansion financial impacts
  • Managing projects to ensure on time, on scope and on quality delivery on various adhoc activities





  • No variance between top down target and distributed targets to regions
  • Full alignment with Service fee letters or distribution gap explained
  • Full alignment between productivity objectives and net decrease objectives
  • Strategic Plan Proforma fully documented
  • On time, on specifications to deliver the financial instruction pack and database
  • On time, on specifications to deliver the financial planning processes (budget, forecast pre-close)
  • On time, on specifications to deliver the closing  processes (yearly and quarterly)
  • All CFO/CEO deck with an executive quality
  • Efficiency of controlling activities
