  • 3-6 years of Sourcing/Procurement Experience with specific knowledge in the outsourcing space
  • Experience negotiating complex technology and business services deals is necessary
  • Management and leadership skills with ability to develop technical and business skills in others.
  • Expert project management skills and a working knowledge of sourcing practices to handle complex projects.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service experience as well as strong verbal and written skills.
  • Expert level technical knowledge of procurement systems and processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of Sourcing process.
  • Strong project management skills and a working knowledge of sourcing practices to handle complex projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and often under tight timeframes.
  • Advanced level of financial analysis and reporting skills.

Lead multiple complex outsourcing and sourcing projects using the full sourcing process, managing a cross-functional sourcing team.

  • Responsible for serving 2-3 major business areas.
  • Develops sourcing strategy, makes vendor recommendations, and work through contract issues.
  • Develops and negotiates contract terms and conditions.
  • Conducts vendor risk assessments with SMEs.
  • Works with business areas to resolve vendor performance issues.
