As a Marketing Executive in AXA Health, you’ll contribute, support and deliver health and wellbeing marketing plans and activities for intermediaries. This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract/ Secondment opportunity.
At AXA, we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Tunbridge Wells office. You will be expected in the office up to 3 days a week dependant on business needs.
What you’ll be doing

  • Working with teams across the business, you’ll execute communication plans, considering materials needed for retention campaigns, cross selling of new products and account development. 
  • You’ll be involved in developing the launch of new products and service enhancements. The communications you create will drive engagement usage across the B2B sector.  
  • You’ll coordinate the delivery of marketing communications and materials, creating detailed plans, activation, reporting and analysis. 
  • Essential to the Marketing Executive job is your ability to quickly build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across the business to progress and develop marketing opportunities. 
  • You’ll deliver virtual events to drive greater awareness and brand empathy. 
  • You’ll build and maintain retention and acquisition marketing materials to support the intermediary marketing channel.

What we are looking for;

  • Technical marketing expertise, including campaign management and B2B marketing
  • Experience of working in healthcare sector would be an advantage 
  • Organisation and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to challenge, influence and manage stakeholders
  • Creative, innovative thinker focussed on improving process and customer experience
  • Experience of managing external agencies 
  • Ability to work to a budget, with a clear focus on results
  • Event and webinar management – confident virtual presentation skills
  • Experience of working in a highly regulated environment (such as Finance Services)
