  • Provides logistic support to daily training activities.
  • Develops and maintains training databases for training performance tracking and generation of Management Reports.
  • Develops and recommends administrative processes and procedures to assure efficiency
  • Identifies and resolve administrative problems and issues.
  • Manages projects being assigned by Management.
  • Assists the Team in smooth running of all operations, including training support, report generation, performance tracking, handle enquiries from other departments and distributors etc.
  • Leads and coaches junior staffs on daily tasks so as fostering staff development and meeting team goals
  • Participates in Learning Management System (LMS) Projects and be the system administrator to maintain and enhance site pages and handle system issues as well as support for system enhancement
  • Acquires and maintains knowledge of current technology as it applies to LMS
  • Maintains procedures and policies to ensure the security and integrity of system
  • Provides troubleshooting assistance for users regarding logging in to the LMS and accessing courses
  • Degree holder or above of any discipline
  • At least 4 years relevant working experience, preferably in insurance or banking industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with positive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Working knowledge of multiple web design technologies, such as HTML is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
