AXA Singapore is looking for a strategic, imaginative and results-oriented content specialist to join its Digital Commerce team. You will be responsible for coming up with the content strategy for the year, based on relevant trends, new product releases, or events, holidays feedback from stakeholers and users. You will be required to work with content vendors or freelancers to produce relevant content that adheres to the strategy. This includes tactical campaigns for AXA Life and General Insurance products. The objectives would be to develop action-based trigger and product marketing messages that drive changes in user behavior to purchase AXA products.
 

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a proven track record, demonstrable creative and sales-driving writing skills. As a Content Specialist, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you also have relevant experience in content optimisation and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all tactical marketing and product content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience towards sales-generating business targets and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets and engagement goals
  • Manage the editorial calendar to ensure that relevant content is produced and published in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends (especially on health, insurance, finance, and tools) and generate new content ideas and themes to engage audience
  • conduct periodical research, focus group, engaging users for feedback for refinement and improvement of the end to end content funnel
  • develop strategy to drive the adaption and amplification of content
  • Manage content vendors or freelancers and ensure quality of content
  • Publish blog articles on AXA’s content management system on a regular basis, ensuring that content is optimised
  • Share published blog articles on various AXA social media platforms
  • Work with Performance Marketing team on selecting which content to push as paid media for different campaigns
  • Work with SEO team to analyse and optimise website traffic and user engagement metrics such as time spent on page, bounce rate, etc
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
  • Provide copywriting assistance to developers and UX/UI team on website and application content
  • Work with Marketing Automation team in producing monthly engagement eDMs
  • Support the content production for website, app and other ad hoc content production in digital team
  • Owner of the content governance within the digital team (website, app and content approval process)

Vendor Management

  • Source and onboard vendors and/or freelancers to the company; obtain quotations, negotiate rates, and prepare service level agreement
  • Work with multiple vendors and/or freelancers to plan content themes, topics, and format on monthly or quarterly basis
  • Ensure that vendors and/or freelancers adhere to production timeline and meet content KPI
  • Review, proofread, and edit all content to ensure it complies with brand and MAS guidelines (e.g. copyright, terms and conditions, data protection, etc)
  • Process invoices in a timely manner
  • BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
  • Excellent reading and writing skills in English
  • Proven work experience in content management
  • Basic technical knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics will be a plus
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Takes initiative and accountability of own tasks
  • Open-minded about learning or doing tasks outside of job scope
